The ecbi LDC Circle is a communication platform and document archive for members of UNFCCC delegations from the Least Developed Countries, as defined by the UN.

The LDCC is primarily intended to serve its membership, but there is a dedicated Document Library which is available for public access.

Membership is by invitation from the UNFCCC LDC Group Chair. Anyone interested in participating in the ecbi LDC Circle please contact either the LDC Group Chair directly or the LDCC Facilitator.
